Knock Knock, Who’s There?

In today’s competitive market, you may need to set yourself apart.

You have decided to engage a recruiter, an Executive Sarah Consultant, a Headhunter. It would be best if you were willing to do one thing above all else. Communicate.

A recruiter is a person whose sole purpose in this world is to fill that critical position on your team. They are only trying to help you. They are doing their best to make your life better—their best to help YOU. So pick up the phone, answer that text, respond to that email when they have a question, concern, or seek feedback on a candidate who just interviewed with you.

This is a two-way street, a partnership. Like Artificial Intelligence, the more you engage with it, the more intuitive it gets. The better the results are. The sooner you get your heart’s deepest desire.

The next time a recruiter says “knock, knock,” you know your line… IF you missed it, I will queue your line for you. It is “Who’s there.”
