Unicorns or Thoroughbreds with Creative Dye Jobs

Everyone has a shopping list of what their next hire will have.

The extensive list runs the gambit from A-Z and then some. This person will have it all. Essentially you are looking for a unicorn. The reality is that unicorns don’t exist. But please don’t tell my six-year-old.

What does exist are thoroughbreds with creative hair-dye jobs. These people don’t tick all the boxes but have a lot going for them. They look great. They have the right attitude and from a distance, man, they look like a unicorn.

Try to find people with experience that show their propensity for growth. An attitude that shines and an unmistakable sparkle.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised with how far and how fast a thoroughbred will take you regardless of mane color.
